Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Ride Labs platform and services. By using Ride Labs, you agree to these terms. Last updated on December 12, 2025.
1. About Ride Labs
Ride Labs is an AI-assisted design platform that helps users generate, transform, and refine creative outputs (such as images, concepts, and 3D-related previews) from prompts and uploaded inputs. The platform may include multiple tools and modes (e.g., Inspire, Develop, Refine) and may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your country to use Ride Labs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity performed under your account.
3. Authentication
Ride Labs may use third-party authentication (e.g., Google) to allow secure access. Ride Labs does not store your Google password. You agree not to misuse authentication or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Ride Labs lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use the platform to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
- infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass limits, or interfere with the platform’s security or availability;
- upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or perform actions that could damage Ride Labs or other users.
5. User inputs and content responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload (including images, files, and prompts) and you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so.
6. AI-generated outputs and limitations
Outputs are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before using them in real projects (including technical, structural, legal, and safety requirements). Ride Labs uses artificial intelligence models provided by third parties, which apply their own content safety and moderation policies. As a result, certain requests may be automatically rejected, blocked, or not processed if deemed non-compliant with such policies, without Ride Labs being able to intervene or alter the outcome.
- Ride Labs does not guarantee that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
- You should not treat outputs as professional advice (engineering, legal, medical, financial, etc.).
- You remain responsible for final decisions and deliverables produced using Ride Labs.
7. Credits, limits, and availability
Some features may require credits, have usage limits, or be available only under certain conditions (e.g., invite/referral credits). Ride Labs may change limits, credit costs, or feature availability to improve platform sustainability and performance.
If the platform indicates that a generation consumes credits, the credit balance shown in your account is the source of truth.
8. Saving your outputs (important)
Ride Labs does not guarantee permanent storage of generated content. Some parts of the platform may not maintain a complete history of your generations.
- We strongly recommend downloading your generations immediately after they are created.
- Ride Labs is not responsible for the loss of outputs that were not downloaded.
- Outputs may become unavailable due to technical limits, updates, or storage policies.
9. Intellectual property
Ride Labs and its software, branding, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Ride Labs materials.
As between you and Ride Labs, you retain rights to your own inputs. For AI-generated outputs, rights may depend on your inputs, applicable law, and third-party model/provider policies. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use is lawful.
10. Privacy
Privacy and personal data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Ride Labs, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.
11. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time. Deletion may remove access to your account, revoke active sessions, and delete personal data, subject to legal requirements.
Once your account is deleted, any remaining credits and any outputs not downloaded may be lost and may not be recoverable.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Ride Labs is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Labs disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of Ride Labs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
